From the perspective of production process, the chain can be divided into three forms:

1. Cold braided chain, cold welding

2. Hot braided chain, cold welding

3. Hot braided chain, hot welding

The processes 1 and 2 are applicable to the processing of small and medium lattice chains

3. The process is applicable to the production and processing of large lattice chain

The three process forms are increased chain by chain.

Today, our protagonist - automatic chain making unit is the 3 hot braided chain and hot welding process used to produce large-size products with a diameter of 25mm and above.

The unit has 5 working stations in one machine, which can realize sample heating, feeding, hot chain weaving, hot welding and removal of main thorn.

The most important link is thermal welding, which means that the hot formed chain link is quickly sent to the welding machine, and the chain link is welded at a temperature above 650 ℃. Because the chain link is in a high temperature state in the whole welding process, the welding time is short, the production efficiency is high, and the ring is regular.

The automatic chain making unit adopts rotating arm transmission between each process, which depends on hydraulic service and PC control, with a high degree of automation.
